New user 2.3 needs PDF help!

Hello everyone I need help with an app. I need an app or a way that I can open a pdf file and then open attached/embedded files, I can open everything on a PC but not on my 2.3 tablet. I've tried Adobe Acrobat, Docs to Go and a few others with no success.
I attached a sample see what you can do!
You will see a red lined drawing with yellow sticky notes and paperclips, click on paperclip and documents should open up. Thanks Paul
