I would like to know how to put pictures from my tablet to my computer.

Welcome to the forum, John

There are quite a few ways but the long term easiest would be to get a free DropBox account so that anything you put there from your computer or tablet would be available to the other. I also have a link below that will take you to a thread that explains lots of other options for file transfers. Or you could check this app out. AirDroid
