Newbie needs help

Hello I need some help and advise on how to install my dongle to my wonder media WM8650 android version 2.2 kernal 2.1.32.9 I have no idea what i'm doing it asks for user name apn and devise number my dongle is in the support list but when i put the settings in that the tech guys gave me it still wont install, is this because it comes from china or am i really stupid.​

Umm, what is the purpose of this dongle? The only ones I'm familiar with are to authenticate the device to a piece of software (hardware to prevent software piracy), or as a control device for a piece of equipment the device is attempting to connect to. May be able to provide some help, but I need a little more information.
