Newbie to Android May 2012

Hello All
Thx for letting me join your community. I have many questions and problems still even though I've owned this MID9742 for over a year. After I read through q's & a's and other discussions I will ask for clarification on a few things. My tablet was shipped to me as a surprise gift I just wish it did not behave like a spoiled brat. It has not been modified just an sd card.
