Newpad K10, ICS Rom and Google Play Problem

Hi,

My mother just brought from CHina a tablet named NewPad K10 running on RK2918 - ARM Cortex A8 1.2GHz, based on RK29SDK, with Android 2.3.1.
Here is a description translated from their chinese website : Google Traduction (click on "Parameters to configure"


The tablet is powerful in games and applications but it's not fluid at all.
I have searched for any updates but I didn't find one.

1st problem : Do you know a ICS Rom or any other Rom that can work with this tablet ?
2nd problem : I have an old version of the Android Market. I try to install manually the new Google Play version but it's forced close. I have tried many others versions but it is always force closing. What's the problem ? How can I do the ANdroid Market update ?
