Nexus 7 vs Xoom wifi

So its time for me to upgrade from my trusty rooted nook color. Obvious choice would be the nexus 7,but have been noticing that I can get a xoom wifi, which has already recieved 4.1, for roughly the same price. Just wanted some input from everyone what they would do in this situation, as well as why. Thanks for the help, the money is def burning a whole in my pocket. Thanks again

I have 2 tablets, a 7" Acer A100 & 10" Acer A500. The A100 gets used most often during those times of prolonged holding. If I am not holding it or not entering lots of data (spreadsheet usage), the A500 gets used.

Consider holding time as a factor.
