Hi Folks.
I'm 78 year old new guy on the block.Can anyone advise me please ?

Have a Galaxy 7.7 6800 G3 Wi Fi Tab.running ICS. When attempting to download Apps I very often have a yellow panel appear,
stating, "YOU HAVE NO DEVICES and refuses to download. Is there a setting that I need to adjust or is this normal for this model running ICS please ?

Are you using the Google Store app? Did you register the tablet with Google?
