No Internet connection

I bought my hubby a super pad 3. I opened it and charged it straight away. I checked the wifi connection at my shop and it worked great! When I bought it home I couldn't connect it kept going round in a loop. Have I missed something that's right under my nose? Please help

Hey Lozzaj, welcome to the forum. Has it prompted you to enter a password or security key by chance? Does it even acknowledge that there is in fact a Wi-Fi connection at your home?

Hi Lozzaj, You might have an encryption on your wireless modem at home wheras at work it could be open. Check your internet security connection and either jot the WEP key or open it with no security, which might be risky depending on where you live.

I think the security is most likely issue
go settings
wireless and networks
wi-fi settings
you should see your network here press and put in security code just like pc it one time thing
