no power on

I have an Android Tablet that is about 2 weeks old. The batter is charged and I cannot get it to power on. I have pushed (mashed) the power button several times. No luck. What I have found is that if I plug in in it will power on work just fine for a few days. Eventually it will just power on and I will have to kick start it with the power cord. Anyone else have the same problem or should I send it in for repair?

Don't know if this simple tip will help but I found I had to depress the power button and continue to hold it depressed until I hear a beep/buzz sound and then I can release it and it powers on.
