No recycle bin on samsung galaxy tab

Where would I find the recycle bin

Try a long press on the item you'd like to delete. Either a menu with a delete option or a garbage can should appear. If it's the can, you can drag and drop the item into it. On my tablet, a bit of delay while holding the item over the garbage can will cause the delete to become an uninstall for an app.

BTW be careful, it's a garbage can not a recycle bin.
