I have a 10" tablet grey in color with no brand name or serial #. It wont come on but when i plug it up to charge it makes noise. Is there a way i can restore to factory and perhaps fix this glich or reset the setting that has it performing like this. Thanks. 1laguera

Hi 1laguera, congratulations on your new tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice to have you as a member of Android Tablets. Sorry to hear you're having problems with that tablet. Many tablets can be restored by the following:
Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons.
Then try to press different hardware buttons until you are given a list of options.
(If Volume Up and Power doesn't work, try Volume Down and Power.)
