No sound on my bauhn tablet

Hi everyone ! I have one problem with my bauhn tablet.
The sound works when using headphones but there is no sound without them. Have checked volume is turned up.The speaker doesn't work.
Can Anyone help me this please?

hey mate. i had exactly the same problem. did it happen after you removed the headphones? i had to send mine back under waranty and get it replaced.

Yeah.It happens after using with external speaker.Should I try factory rest ? I search internet and can't find any solution. It gives me a headache.

na mate, i found nothing either. i had to sent it back. i tried factory reset and it still didnt fix it. but i still had a VERY fait sound from the tablet, when in a silent enviroment, try playing some media, i had to listen quiet hard for it aswell. but the end result was that i had to return it.
