Not Sure How to Trigger Recovery

Hi there, I just got a new tablet and it sticks on the boot up screen.

some of my specs are:
N90
1gb ram
8gb hdd
android 4.2
cpu Boxchip A20

Ive tried different combinations of vol -/+ and the power button but no luck as of yet, it just keeps going to the boot up screen and sticks.

Getting a tablet to boot to recovery can be difficult. Make sure the tablet is fully charged, try it with the charger both attached and not attached. Some more info here:

ive tried different combinations of vol -/+ and power and none seem to work, the only thing that happens is i see the power light going on(turns green) andjust a black screen.

was reading you might beable to connect it to you pc and do something? but it needs firmware and not sure how best to find this.
