Note 10.1 Won't Charge

I have had my samsung galaxy note 10.1 for two weeks now and it has been working fine but last night, when i tried to charge it, a little red cross appeared over the lightning bolt and battery logo. It did charge overnight but only 50 percent. The tablet itself is working just fine as i am even posting this comment on it now. When i am using it and it is on charge, it looses charge. Please help as i do not know the problem!

My guess is that you have a bad cable, possibly with an intermittent short - but it could be the charger or even, lastly, the port on the tablet. Take it to a store with Galaxy tabs on display and try one of their chargers.
