Onda V972 V1 wifi problem

Hello, I have a problem with Onda V972 revision V1. Tablet sees wifi networks fine, but after entering the password to connect. The network is only saved. Data not work. I tried several firmware a more wifi networks. This is a hardware error? thank you for answer Stepan
