Onda Vi10 elite resetes when turned off

Is this supposed to happen? Each time I turn it off or it runs out of battery, when I turn it on again the Market has been downgraded and it has to auto update again, which is annoying.

My Vi40 seems to do this occassionally now - didn't when I first had it though.
What custom firmware are you using?

Im using the one it came with. Didnt change it.
