onda vi30 english?????? cant get this to work

anyone know how to get this thing to work in english????
yes i choose english as my language however no english manual and most apps and software are in chineese and this thing wont even update apps or install any. error messages and strange programs running in background that i cant stop
arg!!!!!!?
should i just return it?

Onda comes with rooted firmware.
Download Titanium-back-up-root from the playstore.
Now you can remove chinese/unwanted apps that are in the system.

Or just disable them in settings/apps/all.
