so i got this tablet and i tryed to put newere updates into it , so my grandson turns it off in trhe middle of processing it , now i lost lots of features , does anyone have a copy of the original firmware or tell me how to restore it , i tryed one upate no their website but i cant get lots of things to work , no wifi marketplace is messed up
