pandigital 7inch star NEW

i just got this new tablet at kohls tonight
its the 7 inch "star" model
i turned it on and was following all the setup instructions
i got to the screen where i was trying to log into my amazon acct and it told me there was a new firmware update
so i accepted and it did its thing for a few minutes
after the firmware update it said it needed to restart
since the restart it loads the pandigital screen then goes black then brings back the pandigital screen
over and over and over again
any ideas?

If you have an sd card in it remove it then reboot and this should solve your problem.

i did not have a card in it when i attempted the firmware update

pick up a micro sd card then and see if you can acquir a firmware from the pan site then drag it to the micro sd card but make sure you have a card reader that supports micro sds or get a pack with a sd to micro sd plug then just drag the firmware into the card plug it into the pandigital star power on and hold the powerr+ volume up you should get the little android saying update in progress

I have the pandigital 7' star && some how i forgot my password...how can i unlock it or reset my password??? Someone help???
