Pandigital Star User Guide

My wife just received A Pandigital Star Tablet Mod#R 70B200.It is slightly used and quite serviceable.I tried to download a user guide but did'nt see one on their site that was applicable.I am trying to download an app from getjar but they wont download to the tablet.I have several other quest but will do this in some sore of order.
If this is not the correct forum I apologize-please direct me to the right one-my first post here and find forums a better place for info than the mfr sites
