    Hi, good to be here.:)
I would like to upgrade the OS on this but I don't have a clue how to do it. If someone could give step by step instructions it would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Read up on Rooting and Flashing. That is what you will need to know for flashing your OS, and then when you pick the ROM you want for your tablet there will be step by step instructions from the ROM Developer.

I did a search on the site for "Rooting and Flashing" and all I got was a headache. Is there a particular article you would recommend. I am an old guy so I am not particularly up on the terminology.
    thanks

Hi Pinsnip, welcome to the forum. Glad you joined. I'm moving your questions to the Pandigital Novel section of the forum where you're more likely to find someone to help with that particular tablet.

Go to the pandigital site and there is an upgrade page that will step you through the upgrade. Fairly easy. This will give you 2. Pandigital » Downloads -- Pandigital Novel eReaders

If you want any of the "fixes" that are around the instructions are with the thread discussing them. You might also find help at slatedroid.com
