can we connect to the pendrive directly to the tab on-the-go? if yes then plz suggest some ways.....

Best launcher is always subjective. There is another thread right now discussing ADW. Launcher Pro and VTL also seem to be popular. I believe you should be able to connect external storage. You just need a micro usb to female usb adapter to plug the usb device into. It most likely will not also power any external device such as a hub or coffee heater or anything crazy like that.

as you know HC 3.2 update is available... so do u think that 3.2 supports an external device "by default" ???? and according to you it means connecting an external device to our tab depends on the launcher we use right??

No, it does not depend on the launcher. You asked two questions. One about launchers and another about usb devices.

Honeycomb should be able to support usb devices by default. not sure if Vizio has done anything to change this.
