Photos/Videos from phone to Galaxay Tab

I have tons of photos and a few videos on my Droid Incredible phone.

I just bought a Galaxy 10.1 tab on Sunday. What's the best way to get my photos and videos over to my tablet??

i think you may transfer photos via bluetooth, i never tried to transfer videos

why don't use a pc to transfer files between them? phone -> pc -> tablet

If you have both setup to the same gmail account, you can use the google picasa service to sync your pictures online, which would make them available on both. It also provides a quick way of accessing them on your computer as well.
