play store problem

hi everyone,
A couple of days ago I bought the huawei ideos s7 an after the update I did I can not download an application from play store some times it shows error or it can not download it . can anyone help me please?

What seems to have been the easiest fix for some people is to delete the (Google) account, restart and add the account back again

Yes it would delete the accounts and all your data. It normally isn't necessary to wipe the tablet just to delete the account.

Maybe a new tablet is in your future. One that is a little more up-to-date.
