Thanks J515OP, I just downloaded it but need an after work nap before I start playing again.
Update: I tried many times to make a bootable 3.2.0.1 CMW card from that link and had no luck with 3 brands and different sized cards. I found this link and it made a bootable card that WAS able to format /data!

Another Update: I used a backup from my first Nook and it worked. It's strange having an unrooted original Nook. I also see that the refurbished Nook and the newer (bad) partitioning. The "New" Nook I bought in May has the older "Good" partitioning.
