Please help, dont know what to do

I got a new ripoff from china. It worked for about two hours now it will not load past the starup screen. it shows a version wmt2.1.2_105. Ive tried to reset it several times without any luck. Is there anything i can do to fix this or should i just throw it in the trash.

you can try reflashing the rom.
