If all you can see is a white screen at startup it sounds like something more than just a software problem. If it's a new tablet I would get a replacement.

IMO, your best bet is to contact the seller or the tablet OEM (often the seller on the cheaper tablets) to find out what can be done to reinstall the firmware. This is not a very popular tablet so it may take a while before someone who has any experience comes along to assist.
