please help have unknown tablet tryed to upgrade now wont work

i have a 7" tablet its all gray on the back n black on the front has a camara n green headphone jack i tryed to upgrade the rom i tried did not work i messed around n formatted
the sd card now no rom i try works it gets stuck at upgrading filesystems everytime sumone please help thanks
