Please help i need tablet but are confused on what to buy!

I am from south africa and have recently on google cam across the tablet world and definatly want one.So I started searching but just get more confused on what I want.Is there somebody that can recomend on.Basicly I want a 10 inch one that can plug in my tv o and I would like android tablet.If anyone can help me with this I would be grateful.Thanks
