Please Help meeeeeeee with a Sylvania Tablet10''

I live in Colombia and a relative gave a gift a Sylvania Tablet 10'' the first 5 days it works well but from 6th day it doesn't work and when it works in the main screen and later it freeze. What can I do????

I can not travel to U.S.A, Can I do anything here in Colombia??

I don't know what to do, because I don't know if I can fix the problem or if I need to buy another one
