I tried to root my coby 9742 using live suite and the instructions
reddeer posted but afterplacing in upgrade mode I hit
No on the pop up and it formatted the image to my tablet
Now it will not load up the only thing it does is the screen
Will light up but that's it. is there a way to redo the flash process

I have the same problem but the only difference is that I have MID9042-8 device. And I am not able to find the stock ROM for this device anywhere. I did a mistake by not making the dump.. My tablet is dead completely. Just hoping someone uploads the dump file for MID9042

yea that tablet was alright but whats the point of an ANDROID tablet without android market. sent it back and got a laptop instead
