Please use official version from Google - Play X-plore_file_manager_2.53.apk

When I downloaded

Hotlinking apktops Resources - APKTOP


and install the app. and open it, it would say Please use official version from Google Play.


Why ?


Aren't they the same files ?

Is there a way to disable this message so I can use that app. ?

I don't like the way they now controlling what we can and can't open, since they take over Android Market..

There is a core reason for stopping sideload/secondary market installs. This is the primary path for Android Malware. Stopping this via forcing through official Markets. Google/Amazon/Appslib helps prevent and lower the potential. It is also a way to stop the Warez/crackz apps too.
