Ployer momo 11 problem

    Hello everybody,
    Please help me to individuate and may be to solve the problem. Today my 12 years old son found his Ployer Momo11, bought 1 month ago from amazon.co.uk, with the picture of android with the opened front panel and some sort of worning sign (red triangle with an exclamation mark in it). And it doesn't go any further than that. What does it mean? What shall I do? Is this problem could be solved or I have to return it back to dealer?I tried to connect ployer with my computer via USB but computer doesn' recognize this device.Thank you.
