posting threads on AT app

I just downloaded the Android tablet forum app on my new Asus transformer with honeycomb 3.2. I can view everything fine but there appears to be no button to post a new thread. Am I missing something or is this a common issue?

Thanks , but it wont let me do anything as for getting into my tablet ...I cannot assess anything with that pop up appearing
