Prestige Pro 7D SD Card

Why is the data not automatically moving over to the SD card installed on the device.
How do I move it over?

Hi sjtaylor, congratulations on your Prestige Pro tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. The SD card is for storing your media files like music, pictures, books and movies. Basically, things that typically take up a lot of storage The tablet doesn't automatically move things there, you put them there. The most common method is to put the card into a PC and copy the files from the PC to the card. Then, put the card into your tablet.

Thank you spider, but I need the space for the kids' apps. How do I put their apps on the SD card or download the apps directly to it?

You can't d/l the apps directly to it. There's an app Amazon.com: App2SD - Save internal storage: Appstore for Android that may be able to move portions of some apps to the MSD. Give it a try.
