Problem with MID8024

hi to all plz can any one help me to repair my MID8024 with white screen after doing update to 2.3

I have removed a back cover and got nand memory(4gb) out. Now I trying to find a stable firmware to experiment it. Any one have stable firmwaret for mid 8024 ?

Did you try factory reset:
By pressing Power and Silver Buttoms together to enter recovery screen.
Then press Up-Volume to recovery from rom or Down-Volume to cancel.
