Hi, I recently picked up an android tablet cheap for reading eBooks and the like, I think its this one:

Problem is, the resolution is as it says in the spec 800x480 however icons and such appear to be streched to more like 800x400-450, I know its not offset by much, but the little details drive me nuts.
I have looked around the settings and such and can't find for the life of me a resolution setting and it says there is no updates available for it in the system update, so any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I bought this brand new from Amazon.
