Problem With Superpad VI

It shows only android on the screen and nothing else,reseted a couple of times but when pushing on the screen comes back and stays on android without any functions,anyone has a repair software please.

I have been given a Superpad VI after the owner upgraded. At the moment the pad is showing only Chinese characters so navigation is "interesting". Can you advise how I can change the language to English please?
