Problem with the front camera

Anyone have a problem with their acer front camera? My front camera doesn't open. Any suggestion how I can fix it.

Do you know how to switch between the two cameras? (Just making sure...) In case you don,t, there's a camera icon down near the bottom, with an arrow circling a camera. Tap that to switch back and forth. Another way to test it is to run the Talk app. The camera should come right on when you tell it to video chat (if you have friends on your contact list who can do it also.)

Yes I tried to switch that camera' Button but it only freeze and doesn't open the front camera. I tried also to do a video call but still the front cam doesn't open, only the back cam.

May be a defective camera then... warranty item!
