Problems with Amazon.com vendor

I ordered sylvania sytab7mx from an Amazon vendor. I received an obviously used and poorly functioning sytabex7 instead. I called the vendor and they said they couldn't do anything abaout it. They told me to call Amazon. They gave me a refund. I ordered the sytabmx7 from a different vendor. So make sure you check what's in the package

Very same thing happened to me with an Amazon vendor. Amazon refunded my money and vendor got very bad feedback.
