Problems with my MpMan MP824 8Go (clone of the Coby Kyros 8024)

Hi, listers!
I really need some help to solve a problem on my brand new (15 days!)MpMan MP824. Actually the display does'nt seem to be correctly set up; I mean, the number of colours seem to be reduced (as if you try to display a CGA screen on a VGA interface).
A hard and soft reset have been done with no result. So I wonder if a special tune up or a software could help to restaure its previous appearance!
