I received the Pandigital Novel after the android upgrade had been done and a few apps had been added. My problems are at the top of the of the screen there is a plus + with an orange dot on it and I can't seem to find out how to get it to disappear.I don't know what it is telling me and I haven't been able to find any information out about it online. The other problem I'm having is my apps won't open. They will light up when tapped but they will not open and work. I hope someone can assist me with this problem and help me find the solution.
