Probs reading 32gb sd card

Greetings
I've recently acquired a FUSION5 PREMIUM+ and although it has issues with Iplayer, I am reasonably happy with its performance. However, I'm having problems with the 32gb (Sandisk) Micro sd card. I formatted the card to FAT32 on my p.c but the tablet doesn't always 'see' the card. I have to switch the unit off and on again for it to re-find the card. Any suggestions.
