"Process system is not responding."

The "Process system is not responding " message is constantly popping up on our vtab. Our options are to "Force close" or "Wait". No matter what we choose we get nowhere except back to the message popping up again :confused:. Because it keeps shutting down, I can't even get to the User Manual to refer to Troubleshooting, if there even is such a section. I was able to pull up a condensed version of the VTAB1008 manual online but it was no help. Any suggestions; please advise??? Thanks for your time!

It was purchased just this October. I did call tech support this morning. First they had me wipe cache partition which did nothing. Then they had me wipe data/factory reset. As I was going through the Setup it stalled at the Wireless Network step:(. Fortunately, Vizio stands behind they're product and will be sending us a new one. I'm so thankful!!
