I appreciate your recommendation for a tablet with:
Tegra processor, 10" capac display, WIFI, BT, 3G, GPS, USP port, <500$
I'm searching for a while and got lost.

I think the OEM Malata Zpad and the Notion Ink Adam are the ones that have all you ask for. As for the price, you have to look around. Typical local retail is $450-500USD for the wifi only version for the Zpad.

We have the Zpad with GPS available, if you really need GPS with your Zpad, you will have to flash a ROM or fix the official firmware and install True offline maps for your Android - unplugged ! | MapDroyd
