Putting pictures on tablet

I have an android impression tablet and I also have an adapter usb port for my sd card. I need help on getting the pictures saved from my memory card to the tablet gallery. Please help!

You're going to need a file manager app to manipulate the files and move them around. Astro File Manager and ES File Explorer are both pretty good and there are free versions on the Market.
