Q88 Allwinner A13 Tablet Internet Help

I bought 2 of these for my kids for birthdays and we got them open to use and i connected to my homes wifi, at least the tablet says im "connected", i go to the play store to of course download the angry birds app and nothing so i went to the internet typed in google and it says my page can be displayed. I not too computer savy so i hope someone can help me figure out what im doing wrong. Thanks in advance

To your question
When you turn on your tablet Wifi did it ask you for a Wireless key code? to get connected also you need to regsiter with google play to download. And do the other tablet have the same problem!!

Kernal 3.0.8+

1.login to router with user and password
2.goto system settings/apps/all
3.google services framework/force stop/clear data (do not delete just clear data)
4.google play store/force stop/clear data (do not delete just clear data)
5.reboot tablet and create new play account or login to existing

my tablet works perfectly after doing this but you could try rebooting the router aswell.
