Hi, I just got a new tablet for my husband, but I charge it for all four hours as it says in the instuccion book, but once I deconect it, it will only stay charged for a few minutes like for 10 or 15 min. Can you guys help me please my husband really like it, and wouldent like having to return it.

if the battery is dying after only 10-15 minutes then unfortunately you will need to exchange it.

Was the tablet turned off while it was plugged in? It might not actually be charging if it's on.

Yes, I turn it off for becauase I thougt the same thing, that probably it wasnt charging

Im...hi, its me again, well I notice that actually the batery doesent appears to be low, the tablet just turs off, and then I have.to wait a while and then turn it back on, and the battery still apears to be all charged. Well I hope you understad what im trying to say, I hope I get some answers, thankyou! =)
