Questions about tablet and ordering from Redtabletpc

I am in the US and am considering buying either a RAmos W17 Pro or possibly waiting a little bit longer for the Ainol Aurora II. I have a few questions:

1. Does the RAmos W17 Pro have full Google Play/Market access out of the box?
2. Does the RAmos W17 Pro come rooted? If not, is it easy to root?
3. Can Redtabletpc set the tablet to English settings before it is shipped?
4. Does Redtabletpc provide english manuals with their tablets?

Hi, Installed Google services framework can open google market.
root method
Installed on your computer “wandoujia” （TIPS: DOWNLOAD URL: ??? Android ? - ??? ）settings - Developer options: Select the usb debugging, w17pro connect your computer to confirm
2. download TPSparkyRoot
3.TPSparkyRoot unzip to your computer to find adb.exe double-click
Double-click TPSparkyRoot.bat, the computer out of the window, follow the prompts. Tablet PC three times to restart the process (press any key)
5. Three Tablet PC restart after a successful root
6. Second time will be black do not have to worry about waiting for 1-2 minutes, then follow the prompts, press any Kin Tablet PC restart.
