I just recently purchased a " nextbook 7" multimedia androis tablet, And it has wi-fi; I was wondering if I could purchase a wireless internet airtime card for it? And if so, who other than radioshack has the best price?

The air cards must have a Windows or Mac program loaded into the host computer to work. They do make Android tablets with built in 3g cards that word the same way but as far as an external card, not yet. If you have a smart phone you can get the app to allow you tether your tablet and go on line through your phone wireless.
